To back up your mods, click either the 'Modlist Backup All Games' or 'Modlist backup Only This Game'. If you click on that, you'll see three options: 'Modlist Backup: Restore', 'Modlist Backup All Games' and 'Modlist Backup Only This Game'. Go to your mods tab and you should see a 'Modlist' button in the top menu.
